I'm talking giant sneezes every ten or 15 minutes it has just let up today but it was super bizarre and I feel that it may be due to some underlying spiritual factor or energy changes. You may experience a runny nose when you can feel intense pressure in the crown chakra or if your connected to someone's energy like in a reading or to spirit. You may feel your sinus expand or open up. All of these things are interconnected. I now experience weird pressure sensations in my gums. Sometimes every being in a meditative state for awhile, after I come out of it I many sneeze for up to an hour and then it will stop. Is your smell overwhelmed in your environment with something noticeable to your nose but not to you? Sometimes subtle things arise and we are not tuning into what it might be otherwise. LIke change in foods, chemical products, paint, external air changes. I mean the list is endless. I agree with Elly about avoiding dairy if you eat it, as dairy is renowned for causing sinus issues. Otherwise it may be something in your environment or a washing powder or other chemical cleaner you're using. I hope you find the culprit. I get really severe allergic rhinitis flare ups and know how difficult it is. I can easily sneeze several hundred times per day when I'm in one ans they leave me feeling incredibly weak and ill.
